Cancellation policy

Once an order is paid, it is not cancelled and it is not returned, except for a defective item.

A defective item is handled under the replacement policy. If that item cannot be replaced, a refund is available only under the refund policy, and only with supporting evidence of the defect.

There is no public cancellation button.

An unpaid checkout that is abandoned is not fulfilled. Reserved stock is released when the reservation expires. That checkout was never a paid order.

These terms do not attempt to exclude mandatory statutory rights under Indian law.
