These terms apply to purchases from Warfare Labs Shop, the official online storefront of Warfare Labs Private Limited (registered office: 256/1, Kalpataru Harmony, BLD-B-1/FL1002, Kaspate W., Wakad, Pune City, Pune - 411057, Maharashtra, India). By placing an order you agree to these terms and to the policies linked below.
The parties
The seller is Warfare Labs Private Limited. Warfare Labs Shop is this company’s trading name for the storefront. You are the buyer named at checkout.
Eligibility and geography
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to contract under Indian law. We ship to addresses in India only. Export is not offered through this storefront. See legal and export restrictions.
Products and descriptions
We sell physical electronic hardware. Warfare Labs products are of our manufacture. Other brands are resold and listed under their manufacturer names. Product pages describe the goods, pack size and listed price. Imagery and specifications are provided when available. Quiet engineering; specified parts; not a marketplace.
Prices, currency and tax
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Where a listing states that GST is included, the displayed price includes GST at the rate configured for that product. We calculate tax and totals on the server. We do not accept browser-submitted totals.
Payment
The full order total is due at checkout, before dispatch. Payment is processed by Zoho Payments. We never collect card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or banking passwords. See payment terms.
Delivery, replacement, cancellation and refunds

- Refunds (defective items only, with supporting evidence)
Title and risk in goods pass according to the shipping and replacement policies. These terms do not attempt to exclude rights that cannot be waived under Indian law.
