Shipping & delivery

We ship only within India for now. Shipping outside India is coming soon. We do not accept addresses outside India yet. We hand the parcel to the courier and add the tracking number to your order.

The dispatch cutoff is 2:00 pm IST on a business day. An order paid by that time is handed to the courier the same business day. An order paid after 2:00 pm IST, or on a day we do not dispatch, is handed to the courier on the next business day.

Shipping is ₹149 when the items in the order are under ₹1,699. GST at 18% is included in that charge. An order of ₹1,699 or more ships free. The shipping charge is included in the amount you pay.

Delivery within India takes 3 to 10 business days after the parcel is handed to the courier. Once marked delivered, the 7 calendar day replacement window starts from that delivery date.
