Legal & export restrictions

These restrictions apply to purchases from Warfare Labs Shop, operated by Warfare Labs Private Limited.

Who may buy

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter a contract under Indian law. We sell to buyers in India for delivery to an Indian address.

What we sell

The catalogue is physical electronic hardware. Warfare Labs products are of our manufacture (currently Racewire). Other brands are resold and listed under the manufacturer's name (currently QPT brushless motors). We do not sell alcohol, tobacco, healthcare or pharmaceutical products, financial products or services, or weapons.

This storefront does not require a special purchase licence from the buyer for the goods currently listed. Buyers remain responsible for using electronic and drone-related hardware in accordance with applicable Indian law, including any operational rules that apply to unmanned aircraft.

Export restrictions

This storefront does not export. We accept delivery addresses in India only. We do not ship outside India, do not drop-ship for export, and do not accept freight-forwarder addresses for the purpose of taking goods out of India.

If you later take goods out of India, you are solely responsible for complying with Indian export controls (including any DGFT or SCOMET licensing that may apply to electronic or unmanned-system related goods) and with the laws of the destination country. We do not issue export licences through this shop.
