Payment terms

These payment terms apply to purchases from Warfare Labs Shop, operated by Warfare Labs Private Limited. Goods are supplied only after payment is successfully captured.

Transaction currency

All prices, taxes and charges on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR, symbol ₹). We do not price or settle orders in any other currency.

When payment is due

The full order total is payable at checkout, before dispatch. This is a prepaid sale: we do not offer cash on delivery, deposits against a later balance, part-payment, or instalments.

How you pay

Payment is completed on the Zoho Payments page. The methods shown there, such as UPI, card, or net banking, are those Zoho Payments offers. We do not collect your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank password on this website.

GST

Where a product is marked as including GST, the listed price already includes GST at the rate shown on that product. For Maharashtra deliveries, GST is split as CGST and SGST; for other Indian states it is charged as IGST. We do not accept browser-submitted totals.

Shipping charges

Shipping is ₹149 when the items are under ₹1,699. GST is included in that charge. Orders of ₹1,699 or more ship free. The charge is included in the amount you pay. See the shipping policy.

Failed or abandoned payment

If payment is not completed, the order is not fulfilled. Reserved stock is released when the reservation expires.

Refunds of captured payments are described in the refund policy. Cancellations are described in the cancellation policy.
